As you know, we use various temp labor/recruiting firms in our market. AWG stands out far and away for providing viable candidates for us that we can temp to hire. They understand our workflow and job descriptions and vet their candidates for us in advance, which saves us a LOT of time and turnover that we sometimes experience from other agencies.

We like working with American Workforce and appreciate the hard work you guys do in finding candidates. We know that it is difficult finding workers that want to put in the work. We deal with 6 different agencies and we always end up getting more employees from American Workforce. The biggest obstacle we face is people showing up on there first day. Then it comes down to can they do the work on day two and day three, as the first three days are always the hardest.
