AWG has always been the agency that I go to when needing temporary employees. They are very friendly and super efficient. It is extremely hard to find and hire qualified candidates during this pandemic and we all work together to try and make the best of it.
We like working with American Workforce and appreciate the hard work you guys do in finding candidates. We know that it is difficult finding workers that want to put in the work. We deal with 6 different agencies and we always end up getting more employees from American Workforce. The biggest obstacle we face is people showing up on there first day. Then it comes down to can they do the work on day two and day three, as the first three days are always the hardest.
