“AWG’s communication is amazing!” They have outperformed other agencies used in the past. Very appreciated.
Good company with good track record of providing quality workers.
Group of like-minded individuals that have a passion for helping others. Everyone on the American Workforce team goes above and beyond to impact others in a positive way. The whole team thrives on the success of others and makes it their mission to show passion, integrity, compassion, and communication in all they do.
AWG has been great to work with over the years and I highly recommend them. There have been occasional issues in the past with getting resumes for qualified applicants in a timely manner, but that was likely due to a lack of candidates in the area and not a lack of effort by AWG recruiters. The AWG staff is very professional, communicates well, and provides quality candidates for open positions at our facility.
Having joined American Workforce Group in the early part of 2024, I am already thoroughly impressed and genuinely appreciative of the environment and family culture here. The team is nothing short of amazing and generous—true miracle makers. Among a sea of talented candidates, they chose me, a decision that I am deeply humbled by. In my relatively short time here, I have felt welcomed, valued, and challenged in the best possible ways. American Workforce Group is undoubtedly one of the best companies I have ever had the privilege to work for. I look forward to contributing to and growing with this remarkable team.
